@cdutta1990 More schools are implementing the MMI style of interview which consists of many mini interview sessions which offer the student many more chances to give first impressions.

@Niiranen1Rs Oh! Well I just video linked a clip from the MMI section of this DVD. It sort of explains why MMI has been slowly taking over as the best way to interview students. The student being interviewed in the clip above is ozzie and after this practice experience, she was admitted to her 1st choice med school: Usyd. Good luck!

@GoldStandardMCAT Hey mate, on your website gamsat-prep there are 2 interview products, which one should I purchase and what are the differences?
AK410 8 months ago
@AK410 There are 2 editions of the same DVD. The one that says "+MMI" is the newest edition (so it has everything last year's edition has plus a section for MMI strategies).

@GoldStandardMCAT Am I speaking with Dr Ferdinand here? I bought your DVD and really loved the Osler quote, definitely using it. I am applying for med school at usyd, and I was wondering, do you do one-on-one tutoring?
AK410 7 months ago
@AK410 No one-on-one tutoring but Usyd is one of the universities where Dr. Ferdinand gives free seminars annually (others: Berkley, UCD, UCC, UNSW, U of T, etc.). When Messy (the on campus premed society) announces the next one, if you feel brave, you can always volunteer as an interviewee! Good luck!!
