Major politicians try to argue the nuances of what defines rape of a woman, assertions of feminism are met with derision and condescension, and a music genre of which I'm a part often marginalizes and shits on women. It isn't that "some men are mean to women," it's that American society is dripping with misogyny at all levels. I'm not going to rap about Nascar because I have no interest in it, nor will I. This song is about solidarity and trying to bring around those who aren't already on board.

Don't preface your opinion so defensively. Stick by your convictions if you mean them and they won't need further qualification. As for your point about "innocence," you either misheard or misinterpreted, homie. I never said women were angelic paragons, I was promoting them being treated decently and respectfully. It isn't special treatment, it's leveling the playing field.
