Some lady parked her delorean behind her house in 99 and never went back to get it. It still sits there rotting away and it pains me to see it happening. Summer Video of it coming soon (well whenever summer comes)

  • I know this car! I was told by a now closed car business about it and went to see it. The lady was very nice and gave me permission to see it. I was able to walk around the car with her and thats when she told me it wasn't hers. It's owned by someone other than the property owner. It was originally sold in Maine and was in a few parades. The man who owns it never called me back. I would let it go man, it's a nice car but not worth trespassing and a visit by the police.

  • @rmt2383 Now that you say that. Im going to go back and get permission to check it out this time

  • @redmr2na dude where do you get your facts concerning the value. A run of the mill Delorean running will bring $20K everyday. It is rare and highly sought after. Try finding one forsale, they are out there but not alot of them. One in pristine condition goes anywhere from $30 to 45K

  • @slider2732 ole Malcolm should've gotten together, because together they could've built a outstanding car instead of two merely decent ones. A sort of Delbricklinlorean SDMVC 112.

  • @slider2732 tion standpoint, having Lotus as a partner in the construction department. An early Lotus Esprit and a Delorean use the same essential bonded panel construction technique. Also Stainless Steel was very futuristic at the time. However, the Engine department was where John went wrong. The engine he chose for his car was a pathetic asmatic lowly v6 from 3 of the worlds most uninspiring car companies, Volvo, Renault, and Puegeot, hows that for bad choices. So in summation, John &

  • @slider2732 for both, niether had the know how or expertise to really make a good shot at it, on privateer money, which is all the budget either had, most of it borrowed. Malcolm Bricklin had the right idea powerwise sourcing his engines from both ford and I believe chrysler, but making his cars out of resin in over the top colors gave too much of the kit car look. Also his hydralic doors were innovative. John Delorean had the right idea from a exotic build material standpoint, and construc

  • @slider2732 I have to admit that I like deloreans, but common sense wouldn't allow me to revive this car should the cost of revival out weigh what I could at some point get for the car to any other person besides either a BTTF fan or Delorean fan. Unfortunately for both Deloreans and Bricklins both cars have image problems that aren't the cars faults. Both the John and Malcom were on the right path and should be appaulded for their efforts at trying to create their dream cars. Unfortunately,
