Bad design, ugly looking, no radar, no avionics, no weapons, slow turning rate, bad tin box! Shame Shame, you have a tin box, Tejas rules porkies sky! LCA top notch a/c, fly by wire, composites, weapons, superb turning rate comparable to sukhoi, better engine now, very good avionics, the best. hybrid radar from our friends israel/drdo. Just superbbbbbbbbb! TEJAS RULES PORKIES!

  • India is just making its false claims for LCA in order to influence the the world due to the failure of LCA. LCA will be outdated by the time it comes out in full production and India induct it into the services completely by 2015. Actually its already outdated. What a waste of time and money. I can’t figure out India when it comes to projects like Arjun and LCA. The Arjun-project started in 1972 and now almost 40 years later all they have to show for are prototypes, same story with LCA.

  • In his autobiography, renowned American pilot Chuck Yeager, the then attaché to Pakistan, wrote, “PAF is second to none… the air war lasted two weeks and the Pakistanis scored a three-to-one kill ratio, knocking out 102 Russian-made Indian jets and losing thirty four airplanes of their own… they were really good aggressive dogfighters and proficient in gunnery and air combat tactics. I was damned impressed. Those guys just lived and breathed flying.”

  • @ImFlyingEagle ADA has taken v.long to develop the LCA. A 25years lead time to develop a fighter aircraft is unrealistic.IAF was never enthusiastic about inducting LCA.The aircraft's combat performance was dismal and so was its weapon load and Engine problem.Its engine & a fly-by-wire system has serious defects has frequent failure. During its prototype tests the LCA prototypes were grounded for many months on many occasions.It has failed in many flight tests.

  • @amol77 LCA has taken 25 years for its development and it still not ready to induct. The Tejas was supposed to have replaced the Mig 21s, MiG23s and MiG27s 20 years ago. The Tejas has yet to reach production status.Instead, it continues to perform endless flight tests and most of those are failed. Difficulties with flight controls & power plant continues to be plagued with technical difficulties, the worst of which was the collapse of the engine during high-altitude tests.

  • @amol77 There is no comparison between a flying eagle (JF-17) and a vulture's baby (LCA) sitting in its nest since 1982. IAF has announced that their LCA (LAST CHANCE AIRCRAFT) won't be operational before 2015 (not sure). Whereas PAF will have 250 JF-17 by 2015 and then from 2015 to onward PAF will have JF-17 Block II and then I don’t know how could you to compare it with your failed LCA. First make it operational then compare it with any one else.
