@evilblades There is no mix between Berber-and Arabs in North Africa. There is no GENETIC evidence of that. Besides that the Arab/Middle eastern froces which came to North Africa can not change ten of MILLIOSN of Berbers spread over whole of North Africa. And the hsitroy of Arabs in North Africa is very well documented, check the history of North Afrika online. Arabs/middle easterners were complety destroyid by the big berber dynasties that emerged in the Islamic Era.

saying "cartaginians were white" is wrong for only the same reason it is wrong to say "romans were white". they were both multicultural empires.
the population of Roma, and cartage were both white however.in the 11th century the arab invaders mixed with the native berbers, which is why the population living near ancient cartago today is predominantly arab-berber.
if you count modern spaniards as white, you would probarbly consider cartagians white.

There's one SERiOUS deliberate mistake in this documentary: CARTHAGiNiANS WERE NOT WHiTE!
This is what I HATE about History Channel! They give you only HALF the truth and spin the rest the way their stupid agenda demands. Fucking assholes!

This fact is brought to you by the smooth, crisp, unrivaled taste of Bombay Sapphire.

I heard that instead of being exiled, some Carthaginians were stuck on ships & forced to go on voyages. Did I hear a description of a gorilla on Fernando Po from a Carthaginian? I'm sure I did.
it is good to do our best to trace our history. most the history of carthage is lost. i hope to see it recovered. thanks for the vedio, however

Though the Carthaginians were founded by Phoenecians, I do not think they looked white. They looked more like people of the Mid East. The founding story is also a little b.s. also, the Carthaginians and Carthage itself was probly a mix of Africans and Phoenicians.
