Charles Jennings is a leading thinker and practitioner in human capital development, change management, performance improvement and learning. Formerly Chief Learning Officer at Thomson Reuters, he has deep experience in both the business and practitioner sides of L&D. In 2008 he was honoured with the UK World of Learning 'Outstanding Contribution to the Learning Industry' award in recognition of his work on performance improvement, 'just-in-time' and informal learning. Charles is also a principal of The Internet Time Alliance, a leading think-tank on educational and training affairs.
