This is a Greek recipe and it's very easy to make, provided you stir that Béchamel sauce! I didn't add lots of it cause i think it's fattening and I like it with just a bit of Béchamel.
These are the ingredients:
English
500g of extra lean ground beef
Half an onion (chopped)
1 clove of chopped garlic
2 stalks of chopped celery
1 can (375mL) of diced tomatoes
Fistful of chopped parsley
Fistful of chopped basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
450g of rigatone or tubular pasta
2 whole eggs
Grated parmesan or pecorino romano (grated kefalotyri as well, if you have it)
60g of all purpose flour
50g of butter
1L of 1% milk (warm)
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Bake for 45 mins in the oven at 300F
Português:
500g de carne moída sem gordura
Meia cebola picada
2 caules de salsão picado
1 lata (375mL) de tomate picado
Punhado de salsinha picada
Punhado de manjericão picado
Sal e pimenta a gosto
450g de rigatone ou massa em tubos
2 ovos
Parmesão ou romano ralado (use kefalotyri se tiver)
60 de farinha de trigo refinada
50g de manteiga
1L de leite morno desnatado
Pitada de noz-moscada e sal
Asse por 45 minutos a 150C
the bechamel is generally made in a more generous amount so as to cover the meat completely here in greece. just a tip. :D good job

thank you dear, nice and tasty
I did it yesterday, delicius (a greek secret = if you add a tiny powder cinnamon the result will be just as in Greece) and some parmisan should be best for this dish
