City Alive Exploring Hyderabad Part 8

The city we know today as Hyderabad, was initially called Bhagyanagar. Md Quli Qutub Shah, who founded this city, named it after his lady love Bhagyamati. Later after her marriage, she changed her name to Hyder Mahal and consequentially the city began to be known as Hyderabad.

City Alive is an effort by the team of Sun n Sand Productions to enlighten you about the dimensions of this beautiful city of nawabs, Hyderabad. This documentary is aimed at highlighting eminent cultural, historical places and renowned amusement, shopping and food spots.
