"Tea Party" Republicans Protest Cleveland Plain Dealer

Republicans in the Cleveland area protested the Cleveland Plain Dealer last weekend for failing to write about the "tea party" events that they say drew 1.5 Million people to Washington DC. Protesters held signs reading things like "The Cleveland Deceiver" at their printing campus in the suburb of Brookyln.

The Cleveland Leader spoke with some of the men protesting and things got a little heated with one gentleman who didn't like the line of questioning. We moved onto another gentleman who stated the case that he was sick and tired size of the government and gave his reasoning why he is against things such as health care. A few also noted that they also had gripes with many of their writers who they say are too pro-Democrat and especially noted Connie Shultz, who is the wife of US Senator Sherrod Brown, who they say has a liberal bias.


In the coming days we will show more of the footage of the first interviewee but had to cut the lively banter out because of length. Please leave a comment and tell us where you stand on these issues that everyone seems to have an opinion on.

I posted the video to show that their group was protesting the PD. Its not my fault that the guy didn't like the line of questioning and lost it. We can agree to disagree but calling people "imbeciles" reflects poorly on your character.

"Tea Party" is a Big Lie. It's not the simple 1700s. We now have millions of life-saving water-food-air-safety, police, military, etc. provided by "big government" (We The People). During the real Tea Party there were no freeways, bridges nor school that allow real tax-paying patriots to work & contribute to the superior progress this nation has. i've never whined about paying taxes as without regulations many of us wouldn't be here. Due to Cheney's deregulations the Gulf is an oil pool."

WMAT News I'm based out of Parma. I have covered the Tea Party people and other events that I can get to. I don't have any videos posted becuase I shoot with my freelance video camera that records to tapes. I don't have equipment to digitize it into a computer.
