@lagkat40 Well, no, but that's not the point. The point is that it's a rather silly and spammy thing to post on a Star Trek vid. I don't post Star Trek comments on pony videos, nor on mr. Bean or Golden Girls videos. Likewise, I don't see much reason why a Star Trek video should be posted full of My Little Pony comments, regardless of my personal opinion of that show.

Picard and Janeway indulged Q and had to deal with him repeatedly. Sisko bitchslapped him once, and was never bothered by him again. Coincidence?

I think the very reason Sisko *could* deck Q and the reason Q backed off and never bothered him again was down to Sisko's latent connection to the Prophets.

@Dafeaz Yeah exactly. How many other captains punch out Q, have interactions with the 'god'-like creatures the changelings, and talks quite regularly with the other 'gods', the Prophets (wormhole aliens)? Who is worshipped by a race of people, the Bajorans? Who actually is like a half-Prophet himself (his true mother being a Prophet/wormhole alien herself) and then becomes one himself at the end?! Quite an achievement for one (human) man.

@MrSinister1979 Bear in mind this is the same character who rather than attend counseling after the Borg killed his wife devoted all of his effort to designing and building a ship with the sole purpose of tearing the Borg multiple new ones.

@Trenchman97 The War with the Dominion didn't start till the later seasons. The first season was mostly about Sisko's hate of Picard; for the death of his at Wolf 359. I think that the scene where the two captains meet is a scene i'll never forget. You should check it out. The show then turned into an uneasy yet exciting religious war with the near by planet bayjor. You should watch it. A lot of the episodes from TNG are continued in DS9. They go hand and hand.
