Biography
Independent housing consultant. Formerly with City of Ottawa Housing Department and Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation (City Living). Active for many years with CHRA as Board member and chair of Research and Policy Committee, including participation on NHRC for over a decade. Also active with CCOC.

Consultante indépendante en logement. Mme Forrest a été auparavant employée au Service du logement de la Ville d'Ottawa ainsi qu'à la société municipale d'habitation sans but lucratif (City Living). Pendant de nombreuses années, elle a été membre du Conseil d'administration et présidente du Comité de la recherche et des politiques de l'Association canadienne d'habitation et de rénovation urbaine (ACHRU), et a participé au Comité national de recherche sur le logement (CNRL) pendant plus d'une décennie. Mme Forrest a aussi active au sein de la Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC).
