They are little bitches that think they are cops. But mostly they bully the homeless and the zombie ass drug addicts. They couldnt even stop bike messengers from clowning them and making them look stupid. That was halarious.

I've seen these guys beat on guys they've arrested, steal stuff from them, make fun of them. They even stole homeless peoples money. Until one day a homeless guy made a police report and these mother fuckers where sweating bullets. Most of these guys are little bitches that think they are better than cops, I remember their conversations. They really think they are cops. Lame Ass Fucks.

Each district of the city has a district safety division. They're basically very, very, very well trained private security guards, usually on bikes. They patrol their districts (there are some in chinatown, downtown, skid row, pico-union, the fashion district, etc.) and take care of any day to day law enforcement issues. If there are any bigger problems, the LAPD is called.

DIstrict safety takes a huge burden off the LAPD and does a great job keeping LA safe and well-patrolled.
