Mississippi Puppy Mill Raid

The Humane Society of the United States, at the request of  the Pearl River County Sheriff's Department, led a rescue on July 13 of more than 100 dogs from a puppy mill operation in Carriere, Miss. Local residents had reported concerns about conditions at Sea Breeze Kennels, which had been advertising puppies for sale through classifieds and the Internet.

I hope there is a special place in Hell for people that treat animals like this. They should be made to live the same way in a jail cell until death.

My beagle came from a puppy store and to make a long story short. She was close to death when we got her, when I saw her in the store she didn't make a sound (very unusual for a beagle) We payed by a check (that bounced), and when the pet store owner came looking for money we said that she was near death & we were going to call the cops on them... I'm happy to say that they closed soon after and my beagle will celebrate her 7th birthday in May.

This makes me so happy 2 see there are some kind loving people that care about animals. Frankly when I watch movies i am more sad 2 see the horses or animals die than the people. This is exactly what i wanna be when im older. Someone with a purpose, a goal worth fighting for. Bless you wonderful people.

I adopted one of the puppies that was found here this past Friday from Southern Pines Animal Shelter in Hattiesburg! So while this video is horrible, know that lots of them are now in good homes. :) Thank you for your work, human society!

i dont get it , these "breeders" use the dogs as there income , yet they carnt even treat them humanely ....i really dont get it
