  • been there in late july and did just fine

  • This "boatman" is obviously a rookie who got very lucky. The wrong setup, wrong ferry angle, and girlish pulling on the oars mean this guy is sure to flip soon. Good Luck!

  • thanks for the comment, yes i am a rook, and I wouldn't call myself a "boatman". I was very lucky and maybe soon my boat will be on the wrong side through skull upside down.

  • Also 20k is a very, very forgiving level for Skull... a few thousand less or 10k more are totally different stories.

  • When we ran west water my botman flipped us in surprise and our raft floated through skuul unattended. it didn't enter the room of doom thank god, i hiked skull the 1st time i ran it. the second time my homeboy flipped his duckie and swam, like 3 days after that man died in skull last june.

  • That's the run at 20,000. Skull washes out. There was nothing wrong with that.

  • This guys is lucky the water was high and forgiving. I would like to see him go down it in late July!
