Here at the Ulster Museum we are showcasing Belfast's local street art talent, in a new exhibition called Tags not Labels. It features the work of our best local artists, whilst the growing diversity of art in Belfast's urban landscape is captured through photography.
This free exhibition runs until 4th March, alongside Street Art: Contemporary Prints from the V&A. In this film you can see how the large gallery installations were created, and we also give you a snapshot of the opening night for the exhibitions, when we decided to do something a little bit different!

@ludo1100 I saw the exhibition myself today and was heartened to see the art
" establishment" embracing underground movements and giving them publicity and exposure. To not support this is a tad sour, and as for being in it for the money.... "Banksy?"
Were you not selected and this is your revenge? It was an excellently put together exhibition that even this former tagger was able to enjoy.

Doc and Lucas deserved getting the spots in the show as their work is actually in the streets and come from a graffiti background. The other two are in the pockets of the Arts Council / commission artists who are only in it for the money. Taking workshops on how to do graffiti and be a street artist? lets jump on the street art fame bandwagon. Terrible show
