The topic of Inclusive Health isn't new for Dr. Howard Murad. He's been a huge proponent now for a couple of years and has his third book to release in August. This is a new concept that is about more than water, more than skincare but about what you eat. There is no deprivation. You can eat what you like but there are foods there that are better for you will actually improve your skin, your body, your healh and more. it's very impressive. It's about looking and treating the body as a whole.. rather than just one segment. . Dr. Murad has something groundbreaking here that doesn't require you to eat salmon every day.
