Green Chilli with filling of Indian Spices makes you go on a ride!!
This one is straight from my mom's pocket of pickles.
I still remember that i used to eat a lot of it and then my stomach used to face the brunt of my tongue's desires!

  • i live in canada, and during the winter season, we do not get anough sunlight and heat to dry the achaar, so can we just put in inside the house beside a window on a sunny day or is there another alternative? please answer ASAP thnx :)

    HI thnx for writing in. No need to worry at all. Just keep it in your kitchen.

    Sunlight helps the achaar to get ready early. Keeping it in the kitchen will take little longer.

    This will not going to effect the taste of the achaar at all. Enjoy and keep cooking. :)
