Shame about the subtitle quality on this vid! Comes and goes, Kellie is cut off half way up in one of the sections where she is signing so the BSL is cut out of the picture. I laughed out loud when the guy was doing an interview to camera with Kellie behind and she's trying to see his face to work out what he's saying! Not nice being excluded from what someone is saying about you, guys!

Only wish my area allowd us to choose the colours too, I'd have any size of aid if only it were not BEIGE!

I wear Siemens Reflex DSPs, from the NHS, just like Kellie's. OK, so they are a bit larger than my old HAs, but I can hear better with these than I've ever heard in my life. Thanks you Siemens!

hey i love this vid about Kellie. im profoundly deaf but never heard of Siemens before! Bcuz im on NDCS and i wear Cochlear Implant. Ive heard that Kellie went o Braidwood High school, im amazed! My big bro is deaf too and he used to go there! I really want 2 meet Kellie now, she looks like the person that would be soo kind, nice & helpful! Im happy for you kellie! xx

Shes a fuckin cutie! I had to get a hearing aid like a month ago (woke up one morning with SIGNIFICANT hearing loss). Blew out an ear drum playing the drums but iv'e also had problems with my ears my entire life so it wasnt just that. Got an "in-canal" aid by my boyz at seimens lol. Can't even see the fucker. Anyways this girls adorable

Yay for Kellie! I'm getting my first hearing aid, a Siemens Vibe, next week. I have a lot of tattoos and piercings, so I can't wait until someone says, "Did that piercing hurt?" and I can say, "No, that's just my hearing aid."

Hi DeafBoo, in response to your comment Kellie has a severe hearing loss and therefore requires a super powered aid. These are actually available from the NHS and are a lot smaller than the old analogues. There is a huge range of products available in different shapes and sizes but it does depend on the hearing loss with a super powered aid such as Kellie's it requires larger battery power, hence its slightly larger size than the ones you wear.
