Fishing World's practical demonstration of how to effectively and quickly launch a boat from a trailer and safely drive it back on at the end of the day. Proudly presented by Honda Marine.
@defaultyepper your wrong mate, it depends on the type of trailer doesn't it!! maybe if he had a trailer with wooden bunks, you would need to drift it on (even then most ski boats in Aus have them and still powerload them) but you can see he has a keel roller set-up, which he utilised perfectly.. if he is too deep with this trailer, you dont get the control of the nose from the earlier rollers, and you can drift laterally off the trailer.
I would say theses guys know how to launch their boat.
@nordemoniac mate, what kind of a comment is that? every trailer is different. some are designed for a shallow retrieve and others for a deeper retrieve, such as this one. look at the way it is set up, the hull support is designed for a deep drive on, and as you witnessed it went on perfectly.
@acmxrider does not do shit to ur trailer....either if you powerload or winch it on your boat is still riding up the trailer so there for it doesnt hurt it!
Anyone who drives a boat on or off the trailer at aboat ramp should have their boat burnt to the ground. Fuckin inconsiderate imbeciles.
Can you imagine what this does to the mud/sand just off the edge of the concrete. That's right creates a big fuckin hole and drop off so the next bloke with a bigger boat that has to go in deeper gets stuck.
Rookies...kids do not load your boat that way. Ever stupid

The problem is that The salt water ruins the bearings.

wrong,if you can avoid power loading your boat,PLEASE DO!power loading only washes the ramp away and tears up your trailer.

This is NOT how you do it. And you should absolutely never have the wheels under water.
