No, not even close. Tune the 1st string up to a D#, then tune the 2nd to the 1st string, and the 3rd to the 2nd both at the fifth fret. 4th string is tuned down to a C and the 5th string is a G#. These tunings are precisely to achieve certain harmonics. It may have a designation, possibly something in Am. Not a tuning I hang around in very much. =)
