  • Not a good performance.

Stances are too high, Yoko Geri's not fully extended, too much movement of the hands after the Osae Uke, Empi Waza should be under the opponents armpit, all techquiques are too high, the Mawashi Uke's have too much movement in the circular delivery (movement too big).

I would certainly NOT follow this video if I was learning Nijushiho.

This is my favourite Kata, by the way !

  • your shiko dachi is too high for Shotokan, it makes you jump up like a spring in two moves at 45' angles. if you watch Okinawan version of Seiunchin it gives you some good idea about using hip in shiko dachi.

  • terrible, a very bad example

  • Yes, I agree that the kicks aren't that great. That jumped out at me immediately.

  • isi bate joc de karate

  • beh..

  • Bad yukogeri! you kick and you drop it should come back then drop.

timing and speed is not good.

You look like doing a sport moves not KATA moves with spirit.

    and I wish you luck

  • IF you are stomping so much that means your energy is being wasted- to much excess movements- heels out- out of 10 i would give it a 6

    oss

  • HELLO!

  • 100 % agreed !

You also have to work on kime and timing...
