Okay, i dont think you had any spawnpoints.
Click the entity tool (the circle on top of a cone icon) and click where you want the player to spawn. Then double click the model in camera view and make sure it is info_player_terrorist or info_player_counterterrorist.
Make sure its above the ground or you will spawn half stuck in a wall/floor.
