@JamesAshcraft i think that wow is cool because u feel unique about your player because in lotro im like a lvl 28 and have the same look as a lvl 10, not tht his armor is higher than me but it LOOKS the same...

@JamesAshcraft 50% of WoW's fan-base are monkey 11 year olds or immature low-lifes. LOTRO is a way higher step to people who are looking for more of a confidential, prominent MMO.

I love wow, but today i started playing LOTRO, and honestly I hate to say it but it's a much better quality game all around. Not leaving wow for it as I have too much time and money invested, but on patch days, or weekends when i just get tired of all the elitist gearscore huggers and juvenile spammers in trade chat, I'll be in Middle Earth. Also LOTRO on the highest dx10 graphics settings maxed out, has at least double the fps i can get on wow. BOOM!

Hate to break it to you but I play WoW because I enjoy it, & I would be willing to bet that my PC would stomp yours into the ground. For my PC specs look me up on xfire.

have to agree with you, especially with WoW releasing way to much expansions, i mean it felt like tbc had been out for less than a year when i played and now while playing wotlk they are announcing new expansions while ppl still trying to clear end game content of wotlk.

So it has nothing to do with the expansive world and accessible minimum specifications or the wonderful Warcraft Universe?
World of Warcraft is not number one because they have a neat menu!
I think most LOTRO fans play LOTRO because they feel it is a more mature game based on a franchise that they love, and not because it has a good menu.
Suddenly I understand why I don't play WoW anymore.

The DX10 differences are subtle but noticeable. But I dont think LOTRO can justify an upgrade to VIsta just yet.
