Around 6:30PM in Mesa, AZ on January 5, 2012, I saw a "Bright White Globe Light UFO" that came from the North at a low altitude heading South. The UFO made no noise as it traveled. The UFO was approximately 5 time larger than the brightest star or planet, and it glowed bright like the color of the white moon. It traverse at a quick pace which for brief period, the UFO appeared to be hovering over my house. I caught the very beginning of it from one horizon, and I followed it in the sky to the other horizon. The camera auto-focus would not work correctly which I ended up putting the camera in manual mode with the focus set at infinity.

  • most likely the ISS

    check mine out

  • @MAXKC1 Whose knows, it could be the ISS. The next day, the ISS was suppose to do a fly over during the evening hours, and I got its compass bearing of which direction it was suppose to begin appearing, so I waited for the ISS to appear. I never did see the ISS (a bright ball of light that evening.) I wanted to see if it was possibly the ISS. I'll keep watching out for the ISS and try to get a known ISS video of its flyover for video comparison.

  • thats the ISS.. videos and link on my channel, can calculate when it was passing over. OR it might have been Lacrosse 5 .. check this site spaceweather. com/flybys

  • @Sheilaaliens I don't think it was the ISS. The Alt. was nearly 90 degrees. Today (Jan 6, 2012), the ISS was forecast to pass over my area (Mesa, AZ) at 18:45:26 Alt. 10 from the West and leaving at 18:48:43 10 Alt. SSW at Mag of 0.2. I was watching the sky at that time looking in the SW direction. I did see a faint ball of light in the distant at about 10 to 20 degrees off the horizon which I captured on camera.
