The flight of apollo acoustic cover

I absolutley love this song by angels and airwaves, and of course I had inspiration from odi's version. I just used angel and airwaves it hurts short film for the video. all and all this is a tribute to angels and airwaves! as far as recording it i used an mbox interface. I used an apex 460 tube mic for the rythm tracks and i used an apex 185 pencil mic for the lead. and for the vocals i used an apex 415 large diaphram condenser! I had thought about adding synth to it but i figured bass was enough with the acoustic. Thanks for listening!

@quadracerds250 thanks man, I use an mbox2 interface with pro tools le, i have an apex mic kit and usually just stick with this apex 460 i have, its a big tube mic and sounds really clear and warm. I eq everything and take the low end and low mids off to keep it from being muffled and i add high end to add some crispness to it. Reverb to everything accordingly to add room to it. The trick with the vocals is double track it, pan them to the left and the right, and also one in the middle!
