Ya 4000 is probably a good place to start because that way you don't feel like your starving yourself and you will lose weight because of how big you are it takes a lot of energy to keep moving around I imagine wit your level of activity and weight you probably have to eat at least 6-8k to remain that size once u hit a target weight shell drop your intake

The proper efficient way to lose weight is to eat the same amount you usually eat, but burn more calories off than you have eaten, in the gym, or by working out. That way you will lose weight safely, feel good, and not have all the left over stretched skin after you've lost weight, which is what a diet will do to you. :)

What? Are you stupid? If his body requires more than 4k calories, which it does seeing as how he's ~500 lb, he will still lose weight because his body will tap into his fat reserves. He will still lose weight with this program. Too rapid calorie and weight loss will make his health worse and can have severe consequences. His nutritionist is right.

loosing weight, 6 SMALLER MEALS a day, fruit ofc. as healthy NO LIGHT food/drinks make u fat and increase chance on diabetic! gl boogie ;)
