    I once heared:

Anger is a negative feeling about something in the past.

Anxiety is a negative feeling about something in the future.

    Where as:

-> You can't change the past, so why be angry?

-> The feared future might no come at all*, so why fear it? (If I recall right: About 95% of things we fear, never happen.)

=> So just live in the present and enjoy the nice things. (aka: Don't worry, be happy.)

PS: Thanks Giorgia and René for your great tipps and advice.

Anxiety and anger... Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. So true!
