Gasquet ball lands pretty much on the service line and sits up making it easy for federer to hit strong shots

gasquet's forehand is terrible unless he goes for a haymaker, it's way too predictable. if the guy dropped his flair or at least found a textbook forehand he enjoyed hitting he would atleast be a fixture in teh top 10. if he had a better serve as well as that he'd be top 3, but he's short, i dunno too many short guys with good serves. maybe agassi...

It's odd that federer has not won at Miami and Indian Wells since 2006. I reckon he lacks motivation for these tournaments.

the biggest difference I believe, from this time and nowaday´s is the power roger had in his strokes, nowaday´s he doesn´t have the same power, as seen here..raquet changes, might have affected that to some degree..
