A Traitor's Lullaby - |Ren| (315 Subscribers AMV)

Okay, so here's a little thing I have been toying with for a while. I heard this song and thought it worked PERFECTLY for Ren and his relationship between Barodius and Queen Serena/Sacred Orb. I had an old version of this started, and it had just a few glimmers of brilliance that I liked. So, I scrapped it and started over from scratch on Friday night.

Also, my thought is that you can make any AMV great if given all the time in the world. So, I decided to set a personal time limit for this AMV; 6 hours. So, the total time used for this AMV is 6 hours. That's it. I kept time on my phone's stopwatch, so it IS 6 hours. It's my best work for such a short amount of time.

STORY OF THE AMV:
Okay, so it's sort of self explanatory with the song, but the person singing is supposed to be Queen Serena. Ren is "carried down into sleep" by darkness and he has a dream in which Queen Serena "sings him the lullaby" that he is to serve the Sacred Orb and not Barodius. Queen Serena tells of Ren's parents and his history, as well as his role in the story. The song refers to darkness several times, and each time Ren realizes that the Darkness isn't the lack of light, but Barodius himself. Ren learns that if he follows Barodius, it'll eventually carry him down into eternal sleep (or death). Also, if Barodius lives, he'll carry down others instead of him, so he decides to take action. It'll make sense and I'll let you figure it out as you go.

My next AMV is NOT going to be for Ren! *Gasp!* Yes, that's right. It's going to be a general AMV, not focused on one character, so look out for it soon.
