How To: Enable All Your CPU's Cores When Vista Starts.

Start
Run
msconfig
Boot Tab
Advanced Options
Tick Number of processors/click in box to change the number of core you want Windows Vista to use when it starts up.

  • It shows total 8 cpu cores in my vista 64bit.why it shows 2 in your vista?

  • well after a ltl search i found out on some computers this might solve: do the same u do here and on the same window u get to chose many CPU u want u also have a ltl below Detect HAL u check it then restart ur PC, do the same again and now u should be able to set ur 2 CPUs, if im not wrong u should uncheck HAl now and restart again, cheers ill try this myself :P let me know how it works for u.

  • hd wasn't available when i watched it.

    i'd still suggest a lower res, though.

  • i can see it quite clearly when watching in HD and full screen

  • lower the resolution of your desktop before you make a video of it and put it on youtube.

    can't even read what's on the screen because it's so small on the piece of shit youtube screen.
