The first part of the film is a few practice shots with my left hand in my old house, then the film starts with me and George Chuvalo in Eddie's gym.

This workout was in the winter, and it was freezing so we had to warm up a long time. It was at my best buddy's gym, Ed McLaughlin's American Self Defense and Fitness Boxing and Bodybuilding gym in Monroe NY. Ed and I were bouncers together back in 1983 and stayed friends ever since then. Great pal and great family.
