This video shows police arresting two girls and a photographer during the Occupy Wall Street march on the Brooklyn Bridge.

Occupy Wall Street protestors marched from Liberty Plaza to the Brooklyn Bridge on the afternoon of Saturday, October 1, 2011. Blocked by the police from crossing the footpath, a large group of protestors chose the roadbed, which is reserved for cars. I was up on the pedestrian walkway, walking alongside the protest. The arrests seen in this video happened at about 4:45 p.m.

They are not blocking traffic. They are the traffic. Pedestrians always have the right of way!

I would proudly take my kids to this very legal demonstration. There is nothing illegal; this is Democracy in action although I'm sure the tea party and fox news will claim otherwise.
