  • There is absolutely no credible evidence that proves that depression is caused by any sort of chemical imbalance. This is highly effective marketing being spun by the pharmaceutical companies. If you look on the product leaflet of any of the SSRI anti-depressants you will see that the drug companies are unable to say that it is the cause of depression but instead they say it is THOUGHT to be the cause of depression, why is this? Because it has never been proven in scientific testing to be so.

  • I believe what ever problem one is faced with which is negative such as depression can be overcome when the time is right.

People have come from a state where like you they have fewer ' circle balls' to a fully healthy brain and it can become that way if you wholeheartily believe you have a healthy brain and then take action to do the things that reward you.

Miracles happen everyday before our very eyes if we open our hearts and minds there are no problems just differences.

  • Sorry a typing mistake...I like your cocept on HSP

  • I lie your concept on HSP. What you say in this video is, to my strong belief, is going to distort the thinking of depressed people, even to higher degree. They need personal care, medicine can help - like sedating, it never have been proven to be working yet in medical science.....Me, u understand who I am...I am post doc

  • Your so smart

  • whatta bitch

  • Thank you so much for that kind lady... I just needed to hear that :) Gods blessings to you and Merry Christmas.

  • I read somewhere that monotonic physical labour is good for dealing with depression.

  • I've been diagnosed with OCD as well as bi-polar. I thought it was my OCD that was causing the ruminating thoughts... this is a part of bi-polar as well? Good to know. Good to know I'm not alone. It's more than just me reaching for the toothpaste box three boxes back at Target... were you diagnosed with OCD as well? Thank you so much for your help. Peace, Mateo

  • I absolutely loved it when you said the "He hates me" part. I always thought i was alone in being stuck in those ruts. I actually didn't even realize that I do that often until you put it into words. Thank you so much!
