By the way, Claire; the spot where Anne died - is that where everyone of that famous small group of people including Kitty Howard and Jane Grey also were executed? Is it possible that the spot described for Anne was actually different for the others and the glass memorial marks the spot of the other unlucky people that got 'private' executions?

Its so frustrating that they cannot just be honest and say look this is our pretty glass memorial to those that died on Tower Green, but the actual spot is over here, and show both? Obviously they know they are misleading people, and people are paying their respects at the wrong site, and it also makes us that know the truth look kooky!

Wonderful video - and thank you for setting the record straight. I visited the Tower in 1970 to experience the Boleyn locales. Glad I now have your video to keep my memories fresh (and accurate).
Please know how much people enjoy and appreciate all your time, effort, and expertise. Thank you! - MLHumphrey

Thank you for taking the time to put this together for us Claire.Well done! My featured video on YT is Tudor based: "The Denny Monument" at Waltham Abbey. Sir Edward Denny, Margaret Edgecombe and his father, Sir Anthony Denny (King Henry VIII's most trusted friend, were my ancestors. Margaret Edgecombe was a second cousin to Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard.
Sincerely,
