  • Geometry is seen as a symbol of God's great organizational skills, organizing the Universe and the lifeforms in it. And the "G" stands for Geometry--- which Masons have always considered an essential part of the Arts & Sciences. "G" is often assumed to stand for "God"--- but that is not the case. From the time Masonry was formed in England in 1717-- education has always been considered important. Not just a practical education--as in vocational training- but a well-rounded education---.

  • What does the All-Seeing Eye represent?

  • @hillmason36 . The All-Seeing Eye reminds Masons... wherever they are, whatever they do, God is watching. This means if you are mean or cruel or steal or lie or do anything you know you should not be doing-- God will see it, and He will ask you about it later! The Eye is a symbolic reminder to "Do good unto all."

  • Thank you, kingjordan2525 ! Over the past 3 years I have been very pleased by how many honorable men, Masons, have visited my YouTube site. The honorable Masons far out-number the Wackos who know nothing about Masonry and keeping spouting off stupid inaccurate thoughts. Thanks to all the Masons!!

  • Yes. I was made a Master Mason in Seattle's Daylight Lodge # 232. Anyone seriously interested in knowing the facts about Masonry should visit the website of the Grand Lodge of British Columbia ( freemasonry.bcy.ca ) They have complete and accurate information.

  • @CMorrigan I agree Brother Greeting to all ny bretheren scatter about the four corners of the world,

  • Thanks to the ppl who've responded to my questions, i have some relatives who are in the "fraternity" (hope thats correct) i understand the masons are about making good ppl better people, as a sikh i find this quite reassuring, as well as what they do for charity....thoug im not a mason myself, i often consider what my life may be like if i was one! We as humans, men and women have a duty to give the best of ourselves to our fellow men & women also to children..it is our duty to contribute!
