@MegoSamaLadySir I use windsor newton acrylic paint and several kinds of protective spray coating.
Thank you for asking.

I am curious about painting on skulls, what kind of paint do you use?

@MegoSamaLadySir But there is a lot of prep work to be done even before I put on the primer coat, then I start painting the image on with acrylic paint.

@seerdiscern thank you for the information. I have gotten a hold of a few skulls but they are kind of old and some have some cracks in the teeth and have gray patches on them. It also looks like the guy that had them before me slapped on some white paint that is flaking off, what should I do to get them ready for painting or if they can be painted?

@MegoSamaLadySir Use flechtite glue for the cracks in the teeth, try to soak off the paint or sand, if there is still some dried flesh on it you may have to use a strong paroxide and bleach soak, or take it to a taxidermist to clean, for the cracks in the bone you can use magic sculpt, a taxidermist product or pack the cracks with wet paper and cover with 2part apoxy, sand flat then use a bone white spray primer coat, first tape the teeth and horns so they keep thier sheen.
hope this helps.
