yeah, i saw that it looks to be vacant. well....the entire area is now. i also saw some very nice cars and people snooping around there about a month ago. if you guys are looking for some cheap warehouse space....i mean super cheap, drop me a note. i know if some space off of 83 near mt vernon that is big, 18' ceilings, concrete floors, etc.....be a perfect spot to build a real park. and super cheap.
