oh man there are so many people on youtube that do these healthy vids. its ok im not saying anything mean. but it just makes me realize that i realllllly need to start going back to the gym. im super lazy now after i had my little baby and i work from home but im not motivated to work out here so i need to go to the gym. so i hope you will give me some inspiration to get healthy. i cant wait to watch your vids. oh was that something movin in the background like a small dog?

you can do it just keep working at it if you have any weights at home use them and do some crunches =) never stop motivation because thats the only way one falls.
