Its nice to build homes but eventually the home owners need income to finance their home purchases. Who are the major employers in the area?

mostly service but there is the bruce nuclear / hydro and some smaller industre like a turkey proseeser all other factories i would say are eather closed or running at near 50% capacity the hydro is about one hour away to

It was mostly seniors townhouse condos last time I looked at it, if its the place behind Zellers. I have no Idea why they even allow townhouses in our area, there is enough land for single family housing, I hate townhouses. I had no idea Hanover had so many places closed, Wiarton is pretty good so far, I guess we're lucky.

When watching Youtube videos I always have the habit of looking for UFO's when the sky is filmed. You have something interesting at 7:30 to 7:35 . A dark spot jerks from point to point in the sky. Not seen earlier or any other later time in the vid. Interesting. Maybe they'll land and give us some new great technology that will quantum leap us to better times. LOL

I enjoy your videos. I've been a closet studier of the economy for my whole adult life and am 60 years old now. I've never owned any stock; but watch the markets daily as a hobby . It's just interesting. I'm a small business crafts person working out of my little mobile home in a senior park so I just keep my costs as little as possible and live as minimal and frugally as possible. Drive a 15 year old Voyager only 5 miles a day. Owe Visa very little. Toughest times ever for me. But hanggin on.
