despite all these other ignorant comments, i actually agree with your video. the point you made about the other fighters not actually having MMA training made sense as well as Tank. Tank is past his prime, which is why he lost, but if you give Kimbo enough time and enough legit MMA fights and fighters he will probably(i strongly emphasize probably) become one of the top competitors

Agree. He has lots of potential. It's just the whole idea of setting him up against the one big name he could actually beat. That embraces his street thug persona, and takes away from real MMA. I think this is a good fight for Kimbo. And it will bring more MMA fans I think. It is only natural that these small companies latch onto someone like Kimbo he will make them a ton of money. Dude Kimbo now trains with Bas and he is learning MMA everyday. He does not do the street fight thing anymore. And last I checked MMA fighters can utlize any stlye, which means if he wants to just stand and box or brawl that is fine that is part of MMA. MMA does not mean that every fight has to have a clinch game or wrestling or J.J. Chuck is a stand up fighter and nver does anything else except stop take downs oh yeah is he not a true MMA fighter?

Only fight I've ever seen Kimbo lose is the one vs Sean Gannon, and anyone who's seen Kimbo's videos knows that they're all about 1~3 minutes long. When he loses a fight, it's going to be a real slobberknocker, seeing as how the KvG fight lasted 10 minutes. Kimbo's a beast, and not only does he know how to fight in the street, but he's steadily learning the techs of mixed martial fighting. Not only can he deliver a deathblow in one punch, but goddamn, can Kimbo take a beating.

EliteXC is trying to make their company a bigger name. Kimbo is Hot right now in the fighting industries. Kimbo is like a wrestler on WWF. He called Tank out for a fight everybody on the internet saw it. EliteXC saw this as an oppotunity to make publicity.
