  • you can bench over 200lbs. go for the gold

  • Haha... I almost did, huh?

I don't workout like that anymore.

  • why not?

  • I didn't want to be that big anymore. I do more of a bootcamp style workout and really like it alot. Don't bench heavy anymore.

  • Almost 200, Good Job,very impressive.

  • Thank you!

  • @ahmednabil I don't know about his 100 meter but he ran a 5.2 40 yard dash. 26 inch vertical. jack lalanne had 17.5 inch arms. which is amateur bodybuilder quality. so uh let me use a better example. Andy haman can bench press almost 700 pounds. and he runs a 4.9 40 yard dash. which is NFL full back quality. again like I said if you train right to get big, it is ONLY good for you. NO downside

  • @OzzyFan232

i think it was easy to inderstand .

i know lallane , he was no big at all. if thats your definition of big then big is good .

a 300 lb man who can palm the floor , that not an achivement at all , whats his 100meters , whats his vertical , can he move well in a fight ?

you're the one that not making any sense man , and to say jack lallane is big .well thats insane .

  • @ahmednabil I think I understood one whole sentence out of that ramble. I know a man that is 320 pounds and can flatten his hands on the ground with locked knees. If you weight train right and get big it is ONLY good for you. have you ever heard of Jack LLane?

  • it also takes away much of your agility and joints mobility ,and stamina .

dont get me wrong i do powerlifting and oly .

but im a martial artist and its not functional at all for most athletes to get big , its all about getting stronger while keeping bodyweight down , except for powerlifters .. well and body builders but bbuilding is not really a sport so its just powerlifting .. thoughts?

  • @OzzyFan232

no its my personal experience . and my collective knowledge on the subject , increase is size in neither healthy or functional , and itsnot the main factor when it comes to strength .

it puts much stress on the heart , increases metabolism , yes but makes you eat much more , its common to see a 75 kilo athlete who is very ripped all the time, but 100 kg big guys are always wrapped in fat untill they "cut " and then they get soft again like after a month .

  • @ahmednabil how the hell do you figure its not good for a man??? being a "meat head" raises good cholesterol levels and regulates blood pressure. it also speeds metabolism and leads to healthier weight. you've fallen victim to the faulty information from the 70's.

  • Your short arms are a tremendous advantage but your gender makes it harder, so respect baby!

  • good point about not getting big .

its not good for a man , it cannot be good for a woman to be a meat head .

  • what the FUCK...man you make me feel weak, i'm a guy i weigh 117 i know pretty light.. and my max bench is 135.. i started not too long ago but still wtf you're a girl.. im 17 tho.

  • dang your a milf! ;) in a good way
