dope can be bad, it's also a time waster. it's a shame when kids waste too much time huffing it

Great video. You give a lot of sound advice man. I have to say that if anyone reading this smokes and has panic attacks and shit, try to smoke kushes or indicas if you can, and only take small hits of it. If you get anxious I'd really recommend just not smoking at all. It can be traumatizing. Cheers

benzodiazepines are good to relieve anxiety..however withdrawl is horrible. dont take them unless you are planning to use them for the rest of your life..they mess up your memory and mong you out..i havnt used them in 2 months but get bad cravings to use them again..id far rather toke up :)

@mizamazor Yeah i know, i never was a full on smoker i just tried it just to see what the high felt like but i took to much on my first try. But yeah im staying away from it forever. Yeah thats good too i just dont think some people can handle it.

@kisean4123 glad to hear that, if it happens again means that you should avoid it. forever.
Swim was smoking it for years until it happened, and it was getting worse every time he tried it again. He's clean for like ten yrs now

@dankloud Yeah man, take a break for sure. I haven't smoked in 2 months and I kinda feel better. To the extent that I MIGHT try give Jane another chance. So next week I'm gonna take a baby hit from a bong, and if I freak out, I'll let everyone know...
Thinking about coming back to pot, worried my Doctor won't approve it, but there are some studies that show it can help with PTSD. I've had combat ptsd for eighteen years now, full disability, and if I can find some quality of life gains through medical marijuana I'm willing to give it a try.

@FtonDavid You might be suprised. My Doc doesn't mind if I smoke weed. Its all natural, you really can't go wrong, though some would not like it. Personally I hope it works for you. When my mother was hospitalized for depression I saw many individuals with PTSD. I really hope whatever you find will work for you and if its pot then so be it. All the best!

@kisean4123 I don't know when your anxious feelings will go away but they will get better. I've known people who are feeling the same way you are and they were able to get through it very quickly. Just remember that the effects of the weed are gone and everything is ok. What I think you're feeling are memories your mind is having of being stoned which is freaking you out because you don't want to feel that way. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this, email me if you would like to talk mor

Can someone please talk to me, is it normal to do pot and feel detached from reality. from this video I would assume it is normal. somebody talk to me hahahahah.

@my18yearoldaccount19 Its absolutely normal to feel detached from reality dude. Cannabis acts on receptors in your brain that cause everything to slow way down, hence the euphoric and mellow effect. The important thing to remember if you are panicking is that this will not last forever, normal perception will return. If smoking is causing you anxiety or heightened anxiety then my advice would be to quit. All the best, hope you can sort it out. Be happy to talk to you more.
