  • You raise important drawbacks to all of these collaboration tools. Google Docs isn’t entirely compatible with Microsoft Office documents and isn’t good for complex projects. SharePoint and Groove require heavy training and IT support.   • I am looking for the best practices in choosing between Groove 2010 and SharePoint 2010. Something like a Microsoft White Paper would be amazing. I know that a lot of functionality is the same and integrating them together is the best option. But I've been tasked with picking one and I can't for the life of me find anywhere that says which one is better and why. Can you help please?
