  • We only have a few days to act, before Public Law 110-314 takes effect. Time to flood your congress men & women and tell them to stop this small business killing law.

  • thanks for talking about this , this is crazy

  • shiv, Time to write our congressmen/women and let them know they need to trash this law

  • This law is unenforceable as far as small business, stay at home mothers etc. The budget required to enforce it would be enormous. Also does anyone honestly think they are going to arrest grandma who sells her baby blankets? No way. If this law was enforced and the government starts throwing stay at home mothers in jail for selling their custom boutique outfits on Ebay, well we got a bigger problem then an unjust law. A government that is out to destroy innocent people. Anyways keep sewing.

  • Think about this boy scout pinewood derby races will not happen because the testing now required... this legislation is damaging to the US population from crafters to kids!

  • Thanks so much for making this commentary on the potential damage the CPSIA lead testing laws will cause if not revised. I added it to one of the playlists on handcraftivist on YouTube. Lots more videos on the handcraftivist channel about the CPSIA
