  • why do you switch between matched and traditional grip? does it serve some purpose in sound? or just preference?

  • No purpose really. I was taught to play traditional, but can play better matched grip. Some stuff just feels better with the traditional grip.

  • cow bell pedal??? wut is that?!

  • I rigged a cowbell to a spare bass drum pedal, to play with my left foot.

  • Nice chops!

Let me guess...you have played/play in marching drum corps? :oD

  • No drum corps. I did march in the University of Arkansas Razorback band.

  • your toms looks terrible

    and sound terrible

but its better to have a drummer on a crap kit then a shitty drummer on a good kit

    nice playing :)

  • pretty tight!i like your snare,it sounds sexy! :))

  • i like your style man

  • i like your snare

  • great hand technique. loved it

  • I use Evans Onyx heads on my Slingerland set. I use the classic Pearl Eliminator Belt Drive Double-Pedal but am getting tired of it. I love the sound of your snare, what head and side head do you use? It's clear and marching band stylized.

  • hi hat is to open

  • hats what i use on my set
