Demoralizing??!! This man has not corrupted any 1 by buying this house legally through a system he did not create. So an American chasing after the American Dream just like those who paid 300,000 thousand is demoralizing them because he researched & found a sweet deal at a bargain basement price? @JourniHeart23 It is a great deal and he was smarter than everyone else. But you would feel demoralized if you paid that much for your house and this gentleman got it so cheap. Work smart not hard and thats what he did. I think he is a very smart man and I only wish I were smart enough to find a deal like this one. haha crazy story though

I admire the guy, but if I was the neighbour, I wouldn't feel demoralized. If I have 330.000 dollars to afford the house, why should I care if others get it for less? From an abundance mindset, it's stupid to be jealous. This guy has probably been studying a lot of law during a lot of time to get the house. My life isn't worse because someone else wins a lottery. And this guy had to STUDY law to win his lottery. That's hard work studying paying back, a good example for my kids!
