Wii Graphics Problem

My third Wii console with same problem.

Your graphic card is overheated, i have it to. You can still play games normal. But its verry anoying. Anyway, you can send it to nintendo and you'll get a new wii back. But that takes 3/4 weeks..

More annoying is, that my console has been changed to new 3 times and every time it has broken within 5 months. Now i'm not using wiiconnect24 at all. Maybe it won't overheat and break my gpu.

1. If you don't see bright green flicker on the screen u must be blind.

2. Problem appeared in every game i owned (Zelda TP, rayman, RE4, zack&Wiki and many more) Even in system menu.

3. I Didn't change the console, Nintendo did. AND as i wrote above i tried with different games

@paramora173ovi Same here. I've had mine for a bit more than two years, it's still kicking. Though as far as it being 'an adult system', that depends on what you mean. I've seen more douchebag kids on Live than on PC games. Even the 10-year-olds are more mature than your average Live player. Must be because you get kicked if you're a douche, thank you server admins.

thats cause 360 is an adult system... i owned it for a long time and well it still works

You have to reflow that GPU. That graphical glitches are symptoms of cold solder joints of the GPU Chip. Something like the 3 red lights of dead of the Xbox 360 caused by heat breaking the solder, in this case, caused by the Wi-Fi constant heat when WiiConnect24 is turned on.

@Flash11l19 yeah ps3 still has eight times the power. a buttload more games. an extensive online community where wii has almost none. yeah wii is great.for children and girls. my 4 year old loves hers. why are wii owners so defensive about having bought an inferior system for 1/3 the price. you get what you pay for.ps3 has eight cores. wii has 1. no contest on any accounts.class dismissed

that happens when the gpu overheats, if it is your third console you should consider checking for power surges or shitz like those

damn Nintendo why couldn't it be GC2! the "wii" just the name sounds like a kiddie system. Zelda is NOT for kids
