@1112candyman his knees are touching the player on the ground. if you arent supporting your own body weight i.e leaning on sumone then you are off your feet

I actually think Craig Joubert is the most consistent ref in the game at the moment (and I'm a kiwi). He communicates & explains his decisions to the players well.

the tackler now has to realese the player therefore by throwing his hands in the air real quick or something so yes it was a penalty, but i have seen worse
