u can also mix sea salt & RAW honey together, it works for a great acne treatment & its NATURAL things(: well u just mix it, apply to face & leave on for 10 mins, then run a face cloth under warm water & wipe away . should see results after a couple trie . works for me((:

@robboultimate i did the same thing. I know she said how much to put in but I just ground some up and added some water...way too much I think cuz it really burned! I only lasted about 2 mins before taking it off. I'll try it again another day with the right amount.

Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was horrible. In the end, I found that a product taken in tablet form that worked the best for me, and believe me, I tried them all.

sea salt is also amazing for helping piercings heal! dissolve 1 tsp in a cup of water dip in a cotton swap or q-tip and pat the piercing. If you get keloids hold the cotton swap on for about a min or so and it helps soo much!

Thats the truth..Im from the mid south & had acne growing up & sinus problems from all the pine tree pollen..When I enlisted in the coast guard , I spent alot of time in and around the ocean..Acne cleared up..Also no sinus infections..

Hey, i know you not gonna answer this, I juz dyed my hair this color, but it wont turn out good like you....do you know reason why? I dyed my length first because i know it really hard to hit the color, i leave it like 30 mins, and then i dye my root and other part and then when i wash it, my length doesnt turn out that well. :(
