Carmen is one of the best bands ever; it's too bad that more people are not exposed to their music, a real shame.

Thanks so much for posting! Carmen had such a unique sound and extreme talent, with David Allen's lead guitar and John Glascock's strong bass lines.Their Gypsies album never got the exposure it deserved. Daybreak is probably my favorite, and of course the title track The Gypsies. More people should be exposed to the Carmen and their story.

Does anyone know the name of the Carmen song that goes "I fought now I think I won how good it is to see the sun" Heard occasionally back in '74 on the radio.
